Born in 1973, from Oghareki, Ethiope West LGA, Etacherure holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Masters degrees in Public Administration as well as in Management and Entrepreneurship. He was a Legislative Aide in the Delta State House of Assembly from 1999 to 2003; Personal Assistant to the Commissioner for Power and Energy from 2003 to 2007 and later Senior Administrative Officer, State Universal Basic Education Board.In 2014, he emerged Councilor for Oghareki Ward 9 and was voted Deputy Leader of the Legislative Arm for two terms.
