Obi Kelvin Ezenyili was born on the 1st of October, 1984, in Asaba, Oshimili South Local Government Area of Delta State, Nigeria; to the family of Late High Chief Chike C. Ezenyili and Late Mrs Antonia N. Ezenyili, both from Oko Amakom Village, Oshimili South Local Government, Delta State, Nigeria. He had his Primary School Leaving Certificate from Regina Mundi (O.L.A) Private School, Asaba, Delta State; then proceeded to St Peters Junior Seminary for His Junior Secondary School certificate. He then complicated His Senior Secondary School Certificate Examination (WAEC) from a Community School in Emolga, River State, Nigeria. Afterwards, he proceeded to Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Nigeria; for his undergraduate certification/Bachelors degree in Political Science and Public Administration where he graduated with a Second Class Upper-Division, and also the best Graduating Student of Political Science and Public Administration in the Year, 2008. He further proceeded to the University of Ghana for an Internet Technology Professional in the year, 2009. Afterwards, he gained admission into the University of York, United Kingdom- to study Political Science and Public Administration (MSc.); and concurrently, he studied Governance and Public Policy (MSc.) in the University of Manchester, United Kingdom. He is presently a Phd student of Political Science and Public Administration in Igbinedion University, Okada, Edo State, Nigeria.
