Born in 1969, from Torugbene, Burutu LGA, Angele holds a Bachelor of Law degree from Delta State University, Abraka. He started his political and public service as a Councilor, Leader of the Legislative Arm and Supervisor of Health. He was appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor in 2015 from where he contested and won as Chairman of Burutu Local Government Council and was later designated as Commissioner. As Chairman of Burutu Local Government, he is celebrated for executing over 70 projects across various communities and sectors, single handedly building the Burutu Area Command of the Nigeria Police, building apartments for his 20 Councilors and engaging over 800 street sweepers for the environment sanitation of his council area.
