Born in 1981, from Obomkpa, Aniocha North, Daniel Odigie holds an Advance Diploma in Aviation Management, Bachelor of Science and Masters in Computer Science, a Masters degree in Information Technology, a PH.D in Business Administration and a Fellowship of the Chatered Institute of Administration of Nigeria. Passionate in the service of his people and politically active, he was first elected Councillor in Aniocha North LGA between 2008 and 2011, later appointed Senior Special Assistant to the Governor on ICT and subsequently elevated as Executive Assistant to head the E-Delta office.
